In an interview with Natalie Boggs, a student at Mount Vernon High School who has worked at Wiggin Street Cafe, she revealed some insider information from her experience.

Her favorite study drink is a “love bug”. “It’s a white chocolate and raspberry latte,” which is seasonal to Valentine’s Day.

 She also revealed that she thinks the best part about studying in a cafe is “the noise in the background” and “you can study with friends there”.

The most popular drink that she served was “the galaxy,” which is a dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla latte.

Her favorite part of working in a coffee shop is “smelling the coffee”.

Another benefit of studying in a coffee shop is the support of local businesses. It is a way to positively support the community while also taking action to focus on school.
